difficulty getting the donation money from Crowdrise

My daughter created a site to gather donations from friends and relatives, for a music opportunity she had last summer. I like to let her wade through this stuff on her own, but she's been trying to get the money since last summer, and has not had any success. When she clicks on the link to enter her bank info for transfer, it loads...continues loading and never goes anywhere. Tried calling, to no avail. Tried their Live Chat but can't even seem to find it. She's just a kid, and these are her friends and relatives who, in good faith, tried to make donations to her cause. Can anyone help!?

high fee is unjustifiable

With credit card rates below 2%, how can a company in good conscience charge 9.1% of a charitable donation as a fee? This company is relying on philanthropic generosity to turn a profit. Shame on them.

Confusing & Expensive

Ran a large team-based fundraiser using crowdrise and literally had to go to people's homes to show them how to set up a page. Consistently got emails about folks who set up pages for themselves when they were just trying to donate. The interface is too confusing.

More social features plz

I like the look of it but it would be nice if it had more social features to help get your following involved.

Pages look too cluttered - more emphasis needs to be put on that valuable donate button!

I love the humour on the site and it's a nice community oriented place to run a charity fundraiser
