First Giving did not give the funds raised

We came to First Giving because our campaign was run on Indiegogo. We had no prior relationship with First Giving. To date the money raised to support a human rights campaign is still sitting in First Giving's account. We have spent 2 months trying to get the money and every possible barrier and sleight of hand has been used to delay sending the money. Now that we have looked into the company we found similar issues by others being raised on the organizations FB page and a longer complaint that you can read here from another company at the BBB: http://www.bbb.org/boston/Business-Reviews/fund-raising-counselors-and-orgs/firstgiving-inc-in-boston-ma-96726/complaints

The bottom line is that donations raised by concerned people should go to the cause in a timely manner, not stay at First Giving indefinitely.
