Took My Extra Donations as Fees

Fundly seemed perfect at first. I wanted to raise enough to pay an electricity bill shut off notice. My family made donations. I thought since they donated extra I would get all of it. Thats not what happened. WePay (their payment processor) took the difference! Slyly, they took the same percentage from each donation until it added up to the amount of the extra donations. This ccanot be legal! how horrifying for my family. Poor people with real campaigns getting ripped off,

This is what I put on there site. and i mean it with all my heart.
that is pretty shitty that you don't have a number for people to call. you are in the business to help others and then you don't have a number? If you don't want to deal with people--don't have a site that claims to help them. To have a business that deals with the public, get people to work for you that likes dealing with the public. Sites like this are low and it looks like a scam. Give us all the info about you but we will never be available for you because we are going to take what we can and run. Low down, mean, rude, lairs, heartless and cruel.

the worst

after I donated, the site says "please accept this electronic receipt" & when u click it on it says it wants to access your profile & friends. Now I see they are slow transferring donations to where they belong.

Good luck getting your funds. Plenty of people donated....its been half a year and with all of my might have no sign that I will ever get any of the money.

Quite a few of my donors were confused on the page. They ended up creating their own page linked to mine by accident - think it needs to be made more simple!

I raised almost all the money I needed to but an annoying thing is that they make you sign into your social media accounts for just about everything

It's pretty clunky looking and they need to work to make it simpler.

Some of my fundraisers were confused at things like the option they give to 'activate your personal fundraising page' which is on MY page. That then forces the potential donor through a load of hoops and they make their own sub-page for your cause. I think sharing on Facebook would be a whole load easier

It gets the job done but it could have been a smoother process
