giveforward surpport team very disappointed

Everytime i contact the surpport team no respones .contact them a few. times.fundrasing going no were.keep telling me my page is incomplete for payment .never said i had to pay.and anyway i have not rasie any money.believe it`s fake.pour you`re heart fill storu out for nothing it`s a ashame.

There was too much of a delay in receiving my check. Not happy.

Was difficult to get started and set up - the frustration just led me to use another site, namely GGF

Best Customer Service

Unlike other crowdfunding platforms, GiveForward has customer support in the form of real people! I did a fundraiser to send money to families in Haiti after the earthquake, and I was paired with a fundraising coach who gave me tips the whole way. Not sure I would have raised as much without her. She even called me to congratulate me on how well it did before my fundraiser closed. Loved my experience with GiveForward.

Ok

It's just a traditional fundraising site but dedicated to medical fundraisers. That niche targeting has led them to slap on a 7% 'processing fee' which isn't very nice.

Overall, its a nice looking site but nothing out of the ordinary and I think the charges are a little too high.
