Error messages
We tried to use this site last week and everyone who tried to donate received error messages. We sent several emails to their support and were finally given instructions to give our donors on how to get around the error messages. Not cool!
Did the job
The site did the job but I've gotta say that the pages weren't as nicely designed as some of its competitors.
In hindsight, I probably should have paid a little in commission and used something better looking as that in turn affects donations I guess
